Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the K-Data Gate API, documentation, dashboard, and MCP endpoints during the free pilot and future paid service.
Use Of The Service
You may use K-Data Gate to query Korean market, commerce, public, and financial datasets through documented API endpoints. You must not overload the service, bypass authentication, resell raw provider data where the provider license forbids it, or use responses for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Data Status
Preview responses are fixtures for integration testing. Live responses depend on upstream providers, credentials, rate limits, maintenance windows, and legal redistribution rights. K-Data Gate may return a fixture fallback with a warning when a live source is unavailable or not yet approved for redistribution.
No Investment Advice
Stock prices, disclosures, fundamentals, flows, and screeners are data tools only. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell securities.
Accounts And Credits
Free pilot keys may be limited, revoked, or rate-limited to protect the service. Paid billing is not active yet. When paid checkout is introduced, prices, taxes, credits, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
Availability And Changes
The service may change as provider APIs, licenses, and product scope change. We may suspend access if usage violates these terms, provider terms, security boundaries, or applicable law.
