Pilot policy

Refund Policy

Payments are not active during the free pilot. This page defines the intended refund handling before paid checkout is enabled.

Current Pilot

No payment is collected during the pilot, so there is nothing to refund. Preview calls and free pilot keys are provided for evaluation and can be limited or disabled if abused.

Future Paid Calls

When paid checkout is enabled, failed charged calls caused by K-Data Gate source errors are intended to be automatically credited back to the account ledger. Refund requests for unused credits or billing mistakes will be reviewed through support.

Non-Refundable Cases

Charges may be non-refundable when calls successfully returned data, when the customer misused the API, or when the request violates provider, legal, or security restrictions.

How To Request Help

Use the contact page with the account email, endpoint, timestamp, and a short description. Do not include plaintext API keys or service-role credentials.
